Access Denied #13: Hiring someone to tie your shoes

1 minute read

Sarah: We need to improve our app's screen reader support. Any ideas?

Gary: Don't worry! I've solved that and all our accessibility issues!

Sarah: Really? How?

Gary: I hired an agency to fix all our current accessibility problems. We're set!

Sarah: That's like hiring someone to tie your shoes. It doesn't help when you need to wear different shoes tomorrow.

Gary: That's why I have them on retainer so they can keep fixing things!
