Sarah: We need to fix this accessibility issue with our login page. It was logged 7 months ago.

Gary: Is it that important? I was thinking we could just close the ticket.

Sarah: Close it? Without fixing it? Why would we do that?

Gary: Well, it will be gone anyway in Q3 of next year when we finish the upgrade.

Sarah: That's over a year away! What about all the users who can't log in until then?

Gary: Hmm... maybe we can add a note saying "If you can't log in, please wait until Q3 next year?"
