Gary: Why not? They have a VPAT and it says they're 100% compliant.

Sarah: We never got a chance to test the product ourselves!

Gary: That'll just cost more and delay the process.

Sarah: But how will we know what we're buying is accessible?

Gary: That's what the next vendor is for.
