You're gonna build cool stuff this year. You're gonna solve hard problems. You're gonna make things that matter.
I'm only asking for one thing.
Be kind to each other.
Help the junior dev who's stuck. Share what you know. Give credit where it's due. Assume good intentions. Remember that everyone's fighting their own battles, even when they mess up.
The tech will change. The frameworks will evolve. The best practices will shift.
Kindness is the thing that makes all of it worth doing.
