Add alt text to an old social media post. Send a voice note instead of a wall of text. Share a useful resource.

Hold a door for someone who needs it.

Just one thing. Today only if that's what it takes.

Disability affects 1 in 5 people worldwide. We can either shut that door in their faces or welcome them in.
