Sarah: We really need to address these accessibility issues. Screen readers can't navigate our app at all.
Gary: Hmm, good point. Let's add it to the backlog for next sprint.
Sarah: But we said that last sprint. And the sprint before that.
Gary: Exactly! It's our most consistent feature!
It's always easy to postpone accessibility for the next sprint. But at this rate, Gary will never actually prioritise it, Sarah will never get to work on it and the people that rely on screen readers will never become your customers.
